We ship from Melbourne via Australia Post Express. Most physical parts dispatch next business day; decals are printed-to-order and dispatch within 5–7 business days. Unused parts can be returned within 30 days. We don't ship from overseas warehouses — what you order is on a shelf in Melbourne, or printed in our Melbourne studio.

Are the decals printed in Australia?
Yes. We print every decal in Melbourne on Roland equipment using Substance UltraCurve vinyl sourced from Lancashire, UK. Cherry Blossom and holographic finishes especially benefit from local Pantone-matched printing.
Can I return a part if it doesn't fit?
Unused, uninstalled parts can be returned within 30 days. Custom-printed decals are made-to-order and can't be returned unless there's a print fault. If something doesn't fit, email us before installing — we'll work it out.
