Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of payment confirmation. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

All orders dispatched from MX Parts AU are checked and cross-referenced with a packing slip when packaged to ensure the contents are correct.

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If there is an expected delay in delivery or a change to the expected delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you by email to let you know.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

MX Parts AU ships to all states and territories throughout Australia. We use trusted logistics partners including Australia Post to deliver your order.

International Shipping

MX Parts AU ships internationally to over 25 countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout via Australia Post based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Asia-Pacific 7–14 business days
United States and Canada 10–20 business days
United Kingdom and Europe 10–20 business days
Middle East 10–25 business days

International delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country.

Duties, Taxes and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

MX Parts AU has no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount, and does not include them in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.

Refusal to pay import duties resulting in a returned package may result in the order being refunded minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.

Logistics Partners

MX Parts AU partners with Australia Post to deliver your orders domestically and internationally. While we take every care in packaging and dispatching your items, once a carrier has taken possession of your package, delivery timelines are subject to their processes. MX Parts AU has no control over any delays by our delivery services once the goods have left our premises.

If you would like to request a ‘signature required’ delivery confirmation, please advise us at the time of purchase or before the item is dispatched.

Undelivered or Damaged Packages

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email. If the courier company advises that an item is lost, or if an item arrives damaged, you may need to lodge a claim through the carrier. Please also advise us so we can assist with your claim.

Under some circumstances, MX Parts AU may provide a replacement order before a claim is finalised, at our discretion.

Stolen Packages

Not all deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt. If a courier confirms that a package was delivered but the goods are stolen from your property, or reported as not received when the carrier has proof of delivery, MX Parts AU cannot be held liable. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or requesting signature on delivery where available.
