All Ultra Bee orders ship from Melbourne via Australia Post Express. Physical parts dispatch next business day; printed-to-order decals dispatch within 5–7 business days. Unused parts are returnable within 30 days. Custom-printed decals are made-to-order and only returnable if there's a print fault on our end.

Australia Post Express to Sydney and Brisbane is typically 2–3 business days from Melbourne dispatch. Perth and remote areas are usually 4–6 business days. Decal orders add 2–3 print days on top.

Yes. We run three decal tiers — Standard, Custom and Pro Design. Standard is our catalogue art; Custom lets you swap colours and add text; Pro Design is a from-scratch design service for full graphics kits.
