RFLO-XA Ultra43 Front Fork
The stock Ultra Bee fork is the part that gives up first. It is fine on a fire trail and out of its depth everywhere else — dive under brakes, harsh through square edges, and no way to tune any of it. Every rider ends up in the same place: the bike has the power, the front end can't use it.
The Ultra43 is a full replacement front end — fork legs, internals and triple clamp. ∅43mm reinforced stanchions with a DLC coating, 251mm of travel, and a symmetric left-right damping circuit so both legs do the same work instead of one leg carrying the load. Premium SKF oil seals throughout. Everything a real MX fork adjusts, this adjusts.

Fitment
Fits the Surron Ultra Bee only. It does not fit the Surron Light Bee, Light Bee X, Talaria or Segway — the centre distance and clamp geometry are Ultra Bee specific.
Spring Rate
This fork is supplied in the 27 lb spring rate, which suits a rider of 75–105 kg in gear. RFLO-XA's rate chart:
- 24 lb — 65–85 kg (143–187 lb)
- 27 lb — 75–105 kg (165–231 lb) — the rate stocked here
- 30 lb — 95–135 kg (209–297 lb)

Two units in stock in Melbourne, ready to ship. Once they are gone the next set is a factory order with the usual lead time — we'll quote it honestly rather than take your money and make you wait.
Fitting
This is a full front-end swap. It is not difficult, but it is not a bolt-on accessory either: you will need to move your wheel, brake caliper and bars across, and set sag before you ride it. If you are not comfortable doing that, have a workshop fit it.
